This class is a FUN class – stress-free. I teach you the easy-peasy way of putting clamshells together – no grids, no lines, no fabrics to sew clams onto, no papers and again, no stressing. All you need is a template. Its so easy that even if you don’t sew you will be able to do this. It has been my MOST popular class ever!

The preparation of each clamshell involves drawing out the clamshells onto fabric and then preparing them to sew them together in rows and then into blocks. This takes a little bit of time to do, but once that’s done you can carry it around with you wherever you sit and sew. All you need for the class is the template, your fabric, Roxanne’s glue, scissors, needles and thread, and a 24 inch ruler.

This is a 3 hour interactive workshop where I explain and demonstrate each step in detail then give you time to complete that step – before I continue onto the next step.  So you work side by side with me.   While working on your quilt you will have lots of time to ask questions.

You can make your quilt any size you like. You can make a large bed quilt, a lap quilt, a cushion cover or a table runner (which of course you won’t do because you will become so addicted to clamshells).
